How information may be shared
Information may be shared only with authorized AKKF office bearers, committees, advisers and service providers who need it for the purposes described above. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect participants or federation rights, or with your direction. AKKF does not sell personal information.

Cross-border processing in Asia
AKKF serves members across Asian countries. Information may therefore be reviewed or processed outside the Asian country where it was submitted. Reasonable steps will be taken to limit access and protect information during such processing.

Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant enquiry, membership review, federation record or legal obligation. AKKF applies reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained for lawful federation or dispute-resolution purposes.

Children and athlete information
The public website is not intended to collect personal information directly from children without appropriate authorization. Member organizations submitting information about minors must have a lawful basis and any required parent or guardian permission.

Links, embedded maps and approved external media are governed by the privacy practices of their respective providers. AKKF is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites.
